Osmania University Distance Education UG Admission
BA in Mathematics and Statistics, BA (General), BCOM, and BBA are the specialized undergraduate programs offered at Osmania University’s distance education. For the academic session 2026, applicants will start accepting online applications for any UG programs from the second week of June. 31 July 2026* will be the last date to apply for admission. The total duration required to complete any UG program is 3 years, along with 6 semesters.
However, students who are unable to complete their course within the standard duration are allowed a maximum of 5 years to finish their program. An eligibility criterion to take admission is to pass an intermediate examination with a minimum qualifying mark. INR 4000 to INR 8000 is the total course fee for UG distance education courses. An application fee of INR 300 is required to be paid by the eligible candidate.
Osmania University Distance Education PG Admission
For the 2026-27 academic session, admissions have begun for PG courses such as MBA, MCA, MCom, MSc in Mathematics and Science, and MA in subjects like Psychology, Political Science, Telugu, Sanskrit, English, Urdu, and more.
The last date to apply is 11 August 2026 for all PG programs at Osmania University distance education. The total course fee for PG programs ranges approximately from INR 8000 to INR 20000, depending on the program. An application fee of INR 300 needs to be paid while submitting the admission form.
The duration of each postgraduate program is 2 years, divided into 4 semesters. However, students who face challenges completing their course on time will be given up to 4 years to finish their program. To be eligible, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
